Course Description

The wisdom of contemplation has always been the heart of Indian Philosophy. Contemplation teaches us that the joy and depth we seek is not hidden in grand practices but in simple things of life. It changes the way you look at situations, people and objects. It brings the miracle of Presence in your life.

Acharya ji says “The mind that does not know itself, cannot find peace, and how would you know the mind if you have never contemplated on it” Often, we do not question or even look deeply into the thoughts arising in mind. We flow with the flow of thoughts, not pausing for the moment, and asking from where does this thought arise. To know the mind, to contemplate is not a spiritual luxury, it is a necessity. Most of the people have heard about meditation and may also have practiced it at some point in life. But contemplation, is less understood practice and is mostly ignored as most people do not know how to contemplate and what to contemplate on. The Art of Contemplation course is a path on which every spiritual seeker will need to walk eventually to discover their True Self.
