Course Description

Navratri is a festival of Shakti Sadhana. During these nine auspicious nights, one connects to the divine energies of Devi through various tantric processes and stutis. One can pray to any one form of Devi during Navratri but connecting to Nav Durga is of greater significance. The nine devis that are connected are Ma Shailputri, Ma Brahmacharini, Ma Chandraghanta, Ma Kushmanda, Ma Skandamata, Ma Katyayani, Ma Kalratri, Ma Mahagauri, and Ma Siddhidatri.

We shall connect with each form of Nav Durgas each day during the nine days of the festival. The participants shall receive Sadhana instructions online.

Mantra japa and stutis are an important part of the Shakti Sadhana that you shall commence at your convenience and time of choice. We request all participants to join all nine days to gain maximum benefit from the program.

Ma Shakti Devpriya will guide the participants into the Sadhana of each swaroopa of Devi during these sessions.

The timings of Shakti Sadhana are 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM each day.

1. Purification and lighting of the lamp
2. Invoking the presence of Lord Ganesha
3. Invoking the presence of Guru Mandala
4. Invoking the presence of Ma Bhagwati
5. Understanding the roop of devi of the day
6. Connecting to a specific form of devi each day 
7. Mantra japa ( Mantra will be shared by Ma Shakti during the program) each day
8. Stuti of Devi
9. Preparing oneself to receive the blessings
10. Thanking Lord Ganesha, Guru Mandala and Devi for gracing the Sadhana with their presence

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria
This program is open for all. All the participants are required to keep following things ready before starting the Sadhana
1. A vessel (preferably copper) filled with water and a copper spoon.
2. A diya ready to be lighted. 
3. Incense stick
4. Some fruit to be offered as prasadam.

Course Benefits

Ma Bhagwati is the one that gives both Mukti (freedom)and bhukti (material abundance). It means there are not only spiritual benefits but material benefits when one prays to Ma Bhagwati. It depends on the state of mind of the Sadhak on what benefits one gains. When one performs Navratri Sadhana with complete devotion, purity and self-restraint one experiences peace, stability and deep bliss.
