To be able to join courses, purchase products, take consultation from Masters you shall be required to 'Sign Up' with The Shakti multiversity. You should go to ‘Register’. Key in all your personal particulars needed in the ‘Registration Form’. You shall be sent a mail notification to verify your mail ID. Go to your mail, click on the link provided in the mail. Verify your credentials and there you are.. A registered user with us!

a. You MUST double-check you want to attend the chosen course. Do go through the curriculum of the course wherever given. In case of doubts please raise query with us at info@shaktimultiversity.com or shakti.multiversity@gmail.com prior to making purchase. Give us 2-3 working days to respond to your questions. b. DO NOT PURCHASE A COURSE UNLESS YOU ARE SURE OF YOUR ELIGIBILITY AND DECISION TO LEARN IT. c. Make sure you have taken due care in selecting the commencement dates of the programme/Batch. It should not so happen that you purchase a course starting on a particular date when you have other engagements and thus miss the classes. d. There are some courses which do demand prerequisite knowledge in the participants. Every such course has clearly give out the list of course(s) you MUST attend in order to become eligible for that particular course. Note there are some courses where no prerequisite is mentioned. All such courses can be attended by anyone who is willing to learn & experiment. We have tried to use built-in logic in the purchase module to check your eligibility using your past purchase history. In all probabilities you will not be allowed to make a purchase unless you are eligible for that course. However it is advised that YOU MUST CHECK the ‘Eligibility Criteria’ yourself before placing your request for registration and not reply completely on the site’s functionality. The ONSITE course is one where you shall have to be physically report to the venue of programme/Affiliated Centre to attend the course. In all ONSITE courses Masters/Teachers shall be physically present to guide/monitor your physical movements etc. during teaching. Generally these courses are Half-Day/Full-Day/Retreat type programmes. Most of the courses on YOGA and subjects involving far too many physical exercises are given ONSITE. The LIVE courses are those where Masters and students shall be connected over internet/any other digital media which facilitates virtual presence through real-time exchange of Audio and Video. LIVE courses are offered on many Video-Conferencing platforms among which Skpye is the most popular one.

a. The Shakti Multiversity shall confirm you about the date/time for commencement of Program/Course in advance (Minimum 3 days before). b. To ensure your camera/audio/Internet/Skype connection etc. are working well you should login 15 minutes prior with the same ‘Skype ID’ as indicated by you in your course registration form. c. You shall be added in a group call by the ‘Moderator’ 5 minutes prior to ‘Start of Session’. d. We recommend you keep a pen/paper diary etc. handy to be able to take down notes if you desire so.

a. Do not panic. You still have a chance to catch up but at a later date. b. Immediately report to us on info@shaktimultiversity.com with a copy to shakti.multiversity@gmail.com and wait for the instructions from our side. c. In some cases you may not be allowed to continue in the same batch. d. If you are told not to join the upcoming classes of the same batch please maintain the discipline and wait till next date. No further communication in this regard shall be entertained. e. If we do not allow you to continue in the same batch due to classroom protocols and dependency of later sessions on the previous ones we shall offer you dates of next batch.

a. Please note every course at ‘The Shakti Multiversity’ comes with a Time Stamp and is valid only for fixed (3-6 months) duration. Therefore you have to ensure you make yourself available in next batch. b. In case you miss to attend the course in the next given batch also then you will not be allowed to take this course and your fee shall stand forfeited. c. You can write to us on info@shaktimultiversity.com with a copy to shakti.multiversity@gmail.com and wait for instructions from our side. d. In some cases you may be allowed by paying 50% amount of the initial course fee paid to be allowed to join the course.

Yes registration is required for Free courses also. Please fill the registration forms carefully. Any information given in the registration form, is found to be wrong will lead to cancellation of the registration and you may also loose access to your account.

a. Make yourself available well before class starts. b. Ensure your internet connectivity Camera/Microphone is working properly. c. You should ensure that have sufficient data in your account (if it is pre-paid) to be able to uninterruptedly complete the 2-3 hour long video-conferencing session. d. Make sure you have proper lighting at desk so that your video is clear. e. Do not try to barge-in or make repeated calls if class has already begun and you got late. Instead send a brief personal message to the ‘Moderator’ and wait for the response. You should be added to the call if you aren’t too late to comprehend the class. f. MUST use headphone/earphone to ensure proper audio quality. g. Keep your microphone in MUTE until end of the session except when you ask questions. h. Whenever

Please go through the course content and see for yourself if you would be interested to learn and experience that. Please note ‘The Shakti Multiversity’ shall not be able to refund or transfer the fee of one course to another once you have made the purchase. So BECOME SURE BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE. In case of any doubt you can write to us at info@shaktimultiversity.com or shakti.multiversity@gmail.com prior to making purchase. Give us 2-3 working days to respond to your questions.

Every session ends with a 10-15 minutes of question/answer session. Try to accommodate your questions in that period itself. However if you do not get opportunity to raise your questions there and/or have been specifically advised to write your question separately, you can ask any questions/doubts pertaining to the material/content of attended sessions within 2 days of the session. You can send your question to ask@shaktimultiversity.com and if possible Masters shall give you answer well before next session.

We shall send your question(s) to Master and they may choose to reply on the blog forum or personally however if you have not asked question about the session within 2 days of commencement of session the answers might be delayed or also may not be answered depending on the merit of question and/or availability of Masters. But there’s nothing to feel disheartened Acharya ji and Ma Shakti keep taking LIVE satsang almost very regularly. Many people regularly join these sessions for the joy of being in benign company of Masters and getting their doubts answered. It is advised to join such sessions (these are available at very nominal contribution) and ask your questions there.

Only people who have taken Tattva Shakti Vigyaan Discipleship Programme are eligible to apply for Life Membership. However there is no guarantee of becoming a Life Member of The Shakti Multiversity by virtue of taking up Tattva Shakti Vigyaan Discipleship Programme. You may send a request at info@shaktimultiversity.com and only with approval from Masters one can become Life Member upon onetime payment of a specified amount.

Not so far. The Shakti Multiversity does not issue any certificate/degree/diploma/accreditation upon participation.

Payment & Refund FAQs

No. Refund of registrations for online/offline courses will not be done in any condition whatsoever. Therefore please make sure you make yourself available for all the sessions on scheduled time and date. PLEASE NOTE - All times mentioned on our website and programmes are in IST (GMT+530).

a. We donot refund if you change your mind or chose a wrong product. b. You have seven calendar days to return an item from the day you have received c. To be eligible for an return you item must be unused and in same condition you have received. d. Your item needs to have proof of purchase (receipt etc.) e. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. f. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. g. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for retu

Donations made online or offline will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.

There are no discounts available on any courses/materials/retreats etc. for general members however from 10% to 30% discount is available to Lifetime Guidance Members of The Shakti Multiversity.
