Amritesh Deeksha Sadhana

A major portion of Tantra is dedicated to Shaiva Sadhana. The Sadhaks who see Lord Shiva as the ultimate power and cause of the whole creation are known as Shaivites or just Shaiva. After the completion of Tattva Shakti Vigyaan Discipleship you become eligible to get Deeksha in the most powerful Mantra of Shaiva Sadhana “The Amritesh Mantra”.

Amritesh is the essence of Shiva’s threefold powers. It represents the three ‘eyes’ of Lord Shiva. This mantra is capable of igniting and unlocking every single mantra given by Lord. The infinite glory and importance of Amritesh Sadhana is found in many tantric scriptures including the most revered one – the Netra Tantra. The initiation is done in residential setting and therefore requirements of the practitioner like accommodation, food etc. are taken care by The Shakti Multiversity.

Lesson Plan:

• Morning Day 1 – Yoga and other relevant Kriyas are practised. (1.5 Hrs)
• Breakfast of fruits, milk and juices etc.
• Noon day 1 is kept free for the practitioner. After light meal of fruits and juices you can visit the green forests around. Some seva (service) in the ashram/community is mandatory. Reading material given for reading during the day. (1Hr)
• In the evening session you are briefed about the essentials of the Sadhana like materials to be used, rosary, flowers, incense and others are introduced. (2Hr)
• Retire to bed after Phalahar (Light veg meal – Milk, Juice, dry fruits, Sweets etc.)
• Day 2  is initiation (deeksha) of the disciple. Morning - He/she is ritualistically purified, adorned with purified ash and new clothes. (1 Hrs)
• Day -2 Morning till Forenoon. The Sadhaka is introduced to Guru Lineage and is given Guru Mantra in a small ceremony. Post which Sadhaka is required to complete 1100 chants of gurumantra on the day of initiation. (2Hrs)
• After completion of Gurupaduka chant. Prasadam (light juices/fruits etc.) is served and the ceremony resumes. The practitioner is initiated in Amritesh Mantra and he/she is asked to complete 1100 chants in the presence of Teacher. (2 hrs)
• Tantric way of Purashcharan of the Amritesh is taught and Homam is conducted in the afternoon to mark the end of ceremony.
• Evening Satsang and singing of bhajans before retiring to beds.

Only Tattva Shakti Vigyaan Discipleship Practitioners are eligible to apply for Amritesh Sadhana. Your request needs to be approved by the Masters without which you shall not be admitted in the ceremony. Masters’ decision on your candidature is indisputably final and can’t be challenged.

Every spiritual practice is taken up with the intent of discovering the divinity is self and this sadhana also fulfils the same purpose. It is a Tantric Mantra carrying all the potent energies of Shiva therefor the Sadhaka/Sadhika of Amritesh Mantra becomes free from all duality and enters Shiva-Shakti consciousness - a world of bliss. This is also a protection mantra that frees a Sadhak from negative influences of planets and also protects them against sorrows and diseases. There are specific kaamya prayogas (uses) to protect from supernatural energies. The Sadhak is freed from all types of fears. The Sadhak is freed from depression, stress, frustration and is ready to plunge into the sea of bliss that the mantra chanting offers. Ajapa-jap of Shri Amritesh gives the boon of Vaak-Siddhi to the initiated practitioner.

Path Forward:

There are many other higher sadhanas (spiritual practices/processes) that are further given out once you have shown steadfastness on this sadhana. It may take one year to few years to become eligible to learn important kaamya prayogas of Amritesh Sadhana. Chosen disciples are also given Yantra-application of this mantra for specific purposes by Masters. In fact journeying through this sadhana can be a lifelong journey giving the practitioner all the purusharthas and siddhis.

Alternatively if the practitioner is subtly ushered to Shakti consciousness and is attracted to Shakti Sadhana he/she can take up Kamakhya Sadhana deeksha as well. But the same shall be granted only upon approval of Masters.
